  backup, requirements, FAQ, file locations, changelog)
- DOCS_AI.md: deep technical reference for AI agents (architecture,
  telemt v3 TOML format, subshell capture rules, bug history incl.
  start_telemt restart fix, github push workflow, VPS test workflow)
- lib/common.sh: bump GOTELEGRAM_VERSION 2.4.0 -> 2.4.1
